The dedicated VRM fan, which runs at speeds ranging from 1000 to 3000 rpm, delivers targeted cooling to your motherboard's voltage regulation modules, increasing system stability and lifetime. The PWM-controlled pump, which runs between 800 and 2000 rpm, ensures efficient coolant circulation and effectively dissipates heat from your CPU. This cooler increases thermal conductivity by using a copper cold plate with micro-skived fins to efficiently move heat away from your CPU for best cooling performance. AMD has been using a new multi-die arrangement for its high-end AM4 CPUs for several generations. In these processors, the IHS does not center the hotspot. To guarantee optimal heat dissipation, we designed a unique mounting kit for the Liquid Freezer II that allows the cool plate to be installed directly over the CPU's hotspot. AMD's upcoming 7000 series AM5 CPUs will have multi-die designs that can take use of the Liquid Freezer II 360's odd offset mounting.
